    Kula supports various nonprofit organizations whose priorities are to bring better support to moms in need.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You can cancel anytime. If you cancel your monthly subscription after payment, the current month of service will be completed and the cancellation will occur on the last date of your month of service. Any unused sessions can still be redeemed. We would love to welcome you back when it is a better time.
  • Do you take insurance?
    We do not accept insurance at this time.

It can be the same one each month or switch it up with someone new. Who can book services? Anyone in the United States. What if I don't use a session one month? We strongly encourage you to use your sessions within your paid month, but if not, no problem. These sessions are yours to keep. All unused sessions roll over each month, but they do expire at the end of the calendar year. Can I buy more sessions? Yes. You can always add-on sessions to your current monthly membership. This is a great option especially if you see an expert regularly each month and want to also explore other support option from other experts. What stage of motherhood is this for? From pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond, our Kula experts can provide support for moms throughout many stages of motherhood. Our platform is best for for pregnant moms and moms with kids up to age 5. What if the expert I meet with is not available until the next month? No problem, your sessions roll over so you have the flexibility to book with your expert.
